Wnt-C59
Wnt-C59는 매우 강력한 Porcupine (PORCN) inhibitor로써, Wnt-3a의 팔미토일화(palmitoylation), 분비 및 활성화를 방해합니다 (IC50=74pM). Wnt-C59는 Wnt 활성 암세포주의 세포 증식을 억제하는 것으로 보고되었습니다. CHIR 99021과 함께 Wnt-C59는 인간 유도 만능줄기세포(iPSC)로부터 심근세포 분화를 유도하는 데 사용됩니다.
