Forskolin
Forskolin은 adenylyl cyclase를 활성화시켜 세포내 cyclic AMP(cAMP) 수준을 증가시킵니다. 혈관확장(vasodilator) 및 저혈압 특성이 있으며, 줄기 세포의 신경세포로의 분화를 유도하는 데 사용됩니다. 다른 small molecule과 함께 사용하여 배아의 섬유아세포(embryonic fibroblast)를 유도만능줄기세포(induced pluripotent stem cell)로 화학적 재프로그래밍하는데 사용할 수 있는 것으로 보고되어 있습니다.
