EGFR 및 VEGFR inhibitor
SU 5402는 강력하고 선택적인 섬유아세포 성장인자 수용체(FGFR) 및 혈관 내피 성장인자 수용체(VEGFR) 억제제입니다. 항종양 특성을 나타내며, integrin beta-4에 의해 유도된 신경줄기세포의 분화를 약화시키며, 배아의 좌우결정(embrionic left-right determination)을 억제하는 것으로 보고되었습니다.
