Reconsititution:

Centrifuge the vial prior to opening. Reconstitute in 1x PBS, pH 7.2. Recommended stock concentration is 2%. Mix gently, do not vortex. After complete dissolution, it can be filtered through 0.2 micron sterile filter. Avoid bubble formation during gentle mixing.
