Anti-Human/Mouse CD44 APC ( Clone: IM7 )
M7 단일 클론 항체는 CD44 당단백질의 모든 isotype과 alloantigen인 Pgp-1 및 Ly-24 에 대하여 특이적으로 반응합니다.
CD44는 조혈 및 비조혈 세포, bone marrow myeloid cell, 기억 T 림프구, 말초 활성화 B 세포, CD4+ T 림프구 및 CD8+ T 림프구에서 발현됩니다. 또한 CD44는 히알루로난 분자와 결합하여 접착 분자로 작용합니다.
말초 B 림프구와 T 림프구는 CD44의 발현을 상향 조절합니다. 또한 IM7 항체는 DBA/1 마우스에서 콜라겐 유발 관절염을 억제하고 실험적 자가면역성 뇌척수염과 관련된 중추신경계 염증을 예방하지만, CBA/J 마우스에서는 실험적 자가면역성 갑상선염을 악화시킵니다.
IM7 항체는 개, 사람, 돼지, 말, 고양이, 소의 백혈구에 대해 교차반응을 나타냅니다.

The product should be stored undiluted at 4°C and should be protected from prolonged exposure to light. Do not freeze. The monoclonal antibody was purified utilizing affinity chromatography and unreacted dye was removed from the product.
