OKT3 단일 클론 항체는 CD3/T 림프구 항원 수용체 복합체의 ε 사슬과 특이적으로 반응합니다.  CD3 복합체는 γ, δ 및 ε 사슬을 포함하며 모든 성숙한 T 림프구와 흉선 세포 계통에 의해 발현되는 TCR 복합체의 일부입니다.  CD3는 신호 전달을 통해 항원 인식을 향상시키며, OKT3 항체는 면역 억제제로 간, 심장 및 신장 동종이식 거부반응에 효과적인 치료제로 입증되었습니다.

SAFIRE(Sodium Azide Free Immensely Reduced Endotoxin) 제품은 면역세포 activation, blocking, neutralization 연구에 사용할 수 있는 BioGems의 기능성 항체 라인입니다. 이 제품은 career 및 sodium azide 를  전혀 포함하지 않으며,  in vivo 및 in vitro 사용가능한 0.01 EU/ug 이하의 내독소 수준으로 제조된 제품입니다.
