Anti-Mouse CD4 FITC ( Clone : RM4-5)
RM4-5 단일 클론 항체는 대부분의 흉선 세포, 성숙 T 세포 아형 (MHC class II-restricted T lymphocytes), 자연 살해 T 세포 아형, 및 만능 조혈 줄기 세포에서 발현되는 마우스 CD4에 대하여 특이적으로 반응합니다. CD4는 55 kDa 분화 항원인 L3T4 라고도 알려져 있습니다.
CD4는 MHC 클래스 II와 결합하여 T 림프구 발달 및 성숙 T 세포의 기능을 향상시킵니다.
RM4-5의 결합은 anti-mouse CD4 clone GK1.5에 의해 차단됩니다.
