145-2C11 단일 클론 항체는 TCR 복합체의 20kDa ε 사슬인 마우스 CD3e에 대하여 반응합니다. CD3 ε 서브유닛은 γ 및 δ 서브유닛과 함께 TCR 복합체의 조립, 이동 및 표면 발현에 관여합니다. CD3는 흉선세포, 성숙 T세포, 자연 살해 T세포에서 발현되며, ε 사슬은 항원 인식을 향상시킵니다.
145-2C11 항체는 TCR 복합체에 결합하여 조건에 따라 T세포 활성화, 증식 및 세포 사멸을 시작합니다. 이 항체는 항원 특이적 세포독성 T 림프구에 의한 표적 세포의 용해를 차단하는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.
145-2C11 항체는 쥐 백혈구와 교차 반응하지 않으며, 마우스 T 림프구의 표현형 마커로 사용됩니다.

The product should be stored undiluted at 4°C. Do not freeze. The monoclonal antibody was purified utilizing affinity chromatography. The endotoxin level is determined by LAL test to be less than 0.01 EU/µg of the protein.
