Anti-Human CD19 PE (Clone : HIB19)

HIB19 단일클론 항체는 CD19로 알려진 인간 95 kDa 막관통 당단백질에 대하여 반응합니다.

CD19는 최종 분화 형질 세포를 제외한 모든 발달 단계 동안 B 림프구에서 발현됩니다. CD19는 여포 수지상 세포에서도 발현되며 B 림프구 증식을 조절하는 것으로 보입니다.

CD19, CD21, CD81, MHC 클래스 II 및 Leu13은 서로 결합하여 B 림프구 표면의 B 세포 수용체(BCR)와 결합하여 신호 전달을 촉진하는 복합체를 형성할 수 있습니다.
