Annexin V APC Apoptosis Detection Kit
Annexin V 는 인지질 포스파티딜세린(phospholipid phosphatidylserine, PS)에 결합하는 단백질 입니다.
Apoptosis 초기 단계에, 세포원형질막이 바깥으로 뒤집어지는 전위현상으로 인해 PS가 세포 외부 환경에 노출됩니다. 세포 사멸 최종 단계의 핵심은 세포막 완결성을 상실하는 것입니다.
세포 원형질막이 전위되어 인지질이 외부로 노출된 세포는 7-AAD 및 형광색소가 결합된 Annexin V로 염색되며, 반대로 온전한 막이 있는 살아있는 세포는 염색되지 않습니다.
이러한 원리로, 생존 가능한 세포(Annexin V 음성 및 7-AAD 음성), 초기 세포자멸사(Annexin V 양성 및 7-AAD 음성), 죽거나 후기 세포자멸사에 있는 세포(Annexin V 양성 및 7-AAD 양성)를 구별하는 데 사용할 수 있습니다.
본 키트는 Annexin V APC (100 tests), Annexin V Binding Buffer 1X (50mL), and 7-AAD (200 tests)로 구성됩니다.
